2. User Accounts
To use our platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans for our services. Each plan has different features and prices. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs.
4. Payment
You will be charged according to the subscription plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept various payment methods, including credit card and PayPal.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our platform, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of our platform after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Email
We have the ability to collect your email and send you product updates as well as promotions for VoiceDash.
11. Excessive, Exploitative or Harmful Usage
VoiceDash reserves the right to immediately or temporarily suspend accounts without refunds for the following actions: 1) sharing of accounts among multiple individuals or bots, 2) submitting sexually explicit content to the AI, 3) attempting to incite violence through AI responses, 4) running scripts to exploit the AI on VoiceDash, 5) incurring usage costs that exceed 2.5 times the monthly subscription fees charged by VoiceDash, and 6) engaging in any activities that the company deems to be outside normal usage at its discretion.
12. Right to Terminate Usage Temporarily
For paid accounts, if usage surpasses $80 in costs as assessed internally by the VoiceDash team, the account will be immediately terminated for the remainder of the month. Similarly, if daily usage exceeds $10 in costs as determined internally, the account will be suspended for that day. These measures are implemented to prevent the excessive exploitation of VoiceDash's resources, ensuring that the service remains accessible to all users and that the platform remains sustainable. Repeated violations of these usage limits may result in permanent suspension of the account.
Refund Policy
All sales are final; refunds are not available for any purchases. First payment will occur 7 days after starting free trial.
